My mum, sister, niece and I stayed at No 1 The Malthouse from 25th-27th November 2011 for our annual girls’ Christmas shopping weekend. We decided to book an apartment/house this time and we could not have chosen better than Terri and David’s property. Everything about the property was tasteful, clean and so pleasant. The beds were comfortable and the duvets were to die for!!! The very thoughtful welcome pack saved us the effort of having to find a convenience store for essentials and the location for the centre of Bath couldn’t have been better. I couldn’t recommend this property enough and we will definitely be back. Thank you so much – Nicki, Val, Verena and Claire, from Newcastle upon Tyne, Portsmouth and the Isle of Wight. xx
We have just returned from a fabulous stay in the Ebernezer Chapel. The property is stunning and has been finished to a very high specification. The bathroom and kitchen in particular are lovely. We spent 3 days exploring beautiful Bath and it was wonderful to return to such a luxurious property after a day of sightseeing and to enjoy a glass of wine on the comfortable sofa. Thank you Terri and David for the thoughtful touches that made our holiday so enjoyable. We hope to return soon – Helen, Luke, Kevin and Michelle, Liverpool xx
We had a wonderful stay at Ebernezer chapel which we used as our base to discover the west country. it was a lovely home to come back to following long days of touring and site seeing. so much so we devoted the last day of our break to simply staying at the flat and enjoying the comfort and luxury.
We are sure many future guests will be as happy as we were during our stay.

We so enjoyed our time in this lovely duplex apartment. It was our favourite accommodation on our 3 week, long-planned ‘girls’ getaway’. The location is ideal for visiting Bath (but away from the hustle and bustle) and surrounding areas.
The bathrooms are stunning, and the bedrooms airy and spacious and very comfortably furnished. We enjoyed relaxing at the end of our busy days in the large open-plan kitchen/dining/lounge area, and had fun visiting the friendly White Harte pub next door for our complimentary sherry.

Amazing! I really couldn’t recommend it enough. Really beautifully finished, fantastic location with great ammenities close by as well as perfectly situated between Bristol and Bath.
We went as 2 families which was just perfect given the fact the school house and chapel are interconnected. It really was the perfect twixmas break!
Fantastic. Could not have been better. We will be back and we will be recommending David and Terri’s properties to everyone we can. The big touches and the small touches alike dumbfounded us.

David and Terri – Thank you so much for letting us stay in your beautiful Chapel – It is the nicest, cosiest place ever – despite only beeing 4 miles from home and still doing School, Work etc we still feel like we’ve had a luxury holiday in tranquil surroundings – I might even flood my house again so that we can come back!!! What an amazing place – great building and beautifully fitted out. Home to 9 hens over the weekend and a great time was had by all. Dear David and Terri, all we can say is … WOW! We have never stayed in such beautiful accomodation, definately has the WOW factor, we have had a fantastic few days in Bath and Bristol experiencing a lovely mix of culture and modem. We even chose to stay in on our second night as it is more beautiful than any restaurant could possible be! We had a lovely stay in the Malthouse Cottage in Bath! The flat had everything we needed and we were very pleased with how easy it is to get into Bath on the bus! Thank you for wine, bread, butter, sugar, coffee etc. It was exactly what we needed after a long journey and useful during the week
