The property is no smoking and features an open plan living and kitchen area on the first floor with vaulted ceiling and beams and exposed feature stone walls. Luxury kitchen with integrated applicances, including washing machine / tumble dryer / dishwasher. The ground floor has a double bedroom with ensuite shower room, single bedroom and family bathroom, fully tiled. Outside there is a small paved area with BBQ seating for those summer evenings. High Season (May,June,July,August School and bank holidays ) - £595 per week
Mid Season (March,April,September,October) - £520 per week
Low Season (January,February,November,December) – £435 per week
Nightly Rate all year £105 per night (minimum 3 nights)
