Luxury kitchen with integrated applicances, including washing machine / tumble dryer / dishwasher. The ground floor has a double bedroom with ensuite shower room, single bedroom and family bathroom, fully tiled. Outside there is a small paved area with BBQ seating for those summer evenings.
